Monem Corporation was founded in 2002 by President and Principal, Danny Monempour. Our goal is to provide top-notch service and exceptional value to our residents. We purchase high-potential homes throughout the greater Los Angeles area from Venice Beach to Downtown. Once under our ownership, we renovate, manage, and finance the property with our residents’ comfort and satisfaction at the forefront.
